Me dijeron que en una hora estaba listo mi auto yo llegue en una hora y estube 2 horas esperando hasta que salió el muchacho que hablaba español y le pregunté ya está mi carro y me dijo que si entonces porque me hicieron esperar 2 horas para entregarme mi carro si ya estaba listo la verdad no estoy seguro si le hicieron el trabajo

The work I needed was completed as expected and in the time frame expected. One caveat. I made my appointment on line and the facility had no idea that I had an appointment when I arrived. They noted that there was not a "tie in" with their system and the online appointments. Therefore, people showed up that they did not expect and sometimes they could not complete the work in the expected time frame. I was lucky that they were able to.

My tire had a big staple in it. They gave me a new tire and it was covered under warranty. Great staff very friendly and was done very fast. Will recommend this place for sure.

Fast service, new tires, battery, alignment, in less than 2 hours. Tim I believe was the front desk guy ?? Maybe I got the name wrong but he was great.
