My scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation took over two hours. The staff were courteous but, I was never given an update on why it was taking so long.

I had set up an appointment for a brake inspection because I knew my brakes were in bad shape. I was there early and taken right in and within 20 minutes had a full diagnostic of my brakes and what was going to be needed. After authorizing the repairs and even getting the oil change I was out in less then an hour and a half! Now that is service and quality work as well!

I was worried about what to do on a Sunday morning after changing a flat tire, what place is going to be open early on Sunday; well not to worry the Wake Forest store opens at 9am and I got there 5 minutes before and they were open for business and got my tire back on the road so quickly. Any tire needs I have in the future goes to them! Great work and barely took 30-40 minutes!

I had a damaged tire and needed a replacement. It was rather late on a Friday Night after 7:oo pm. I asked the gentleman who was inside the office if they could look at my flat. He looked at the tire determined it was unrepairable and said they had one in stock. The mount, balanced and installed the replacement tire in record time. It was rather impressive the way they handled this situation so quickly. I am very happy with your services and I am a repeat customer.
