They lost 2 of my custom tire air caps. When I asked, they only found 2 of them and told me that it was most likely that my car only had those 2 instead of all 4. SMH! Anyway, air caps are not expensive and can buy again, but this location lost my trust and respect. I will visit other Goodyear locations in the future

I have not used Goodyear in years. I needed service. I when online and scheduled service. I dropped off truck and got a call and truck was ready at estimated time. Attendant was very friendly.

I was able to get my car in the next day after it was having problems. They called with what and explained well what was happening and there recommendations. They didn't try selling me on things I didn't need. Even corrected a small problem without even charging me for it. I will definitely be bringing my business back to this location in the future.

Very friendly and courteous with an over the phone estimate. Answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. Quick service day of appointment. I feel I received a great value for the price and will continue to be a customer even though there are other companies closer to my house. I have always had good experiences with Goodyear stores.

I drive from another town to have my oil changed. I always appreciate that they never try to talk me into service that’s not necessary. I also love that all aspects of my car are inspected according to mileage. Service is always friendly and helpful!

I scheduled my appointment online & 5 days before my preferred date. I wanted a A/C recharge & a oil change. We get there & was told their A/C technician was off so we only got the oil change. What's the point of making an appointment online with our services listed if they don't bother reading it!? They could of called & told us, maybe we could of made a different day. Needless to say they lost business because we got A/C serviced else where.

The guys here are always the best! They have serviced my cars for several years and are a fully capable mechanic shop, most recently replacing an oil filter adapter coming off of the engine! Reasonably priced and quick to fix! So much better that going to the dealership or some "fly by night" mechanic. Highly Recommend!!!
