I went to get tires here, with some reticence. I decided to give them a try since I desperately needed new tires. #1 the person who greeted me did not listen, including messing up my name. #2 they did not have my reservation in their system and would not look it up #3 and most dangerous, after they finished with my car they left my car in gear! Thank G-d my 11 month old son was not in the car.

The tow truck got us to this Just Tires, La Canada store to replace a busted rear tire we had earlier at the freeway. We arrived an hr before closing. The Manager would not accept us. We got no spare tire in this 2016 Kia Optima. He asked us to leave the car over the weekend. We live in Canoga Park. We choose Just Tires bec that's where we got all the tires from them. What a lousy service!

The last 2 times I have been in, the service has been less than satisfactory compared to what I have experienced in the past. The staff did not have the right part (that I purposely called to confirm was needed, the morning of my appt.), so the job could not be completed, as requested. They also forgot to put my tire lock back in my car. My car was at another mechanic the next day for additional repair work and I had to Uber back to the Just Tires location to pick the lock up for them; re...
