He was welcoming, helpful, reassuring, and quick. I came in to make an appointment to purchase new tires. John was available to check if my tires were available and review all the details. Available appointments were provided as soon a the next day. The day of my appointment, I arrived early and my car was worked on right away and service was completed quicker than expected. We have been getting our cars worked on here for years and always have a great experience. High quality work and great customer service. We drive from the suburbs to this location because we like how we are treated. The guys there are friendly, respectful and fair.

Had an appointment to get one new rear tire and oil change. Also asked to switch front tire for tire in my trunk, the spare which was a new tire. Left my car there for two hours came back 20 minutes before my pick up time and my car was still sitting there, never touched yet. I was told they could get my tire done by 1:30, which was my pick up time, but my scheduled oil change couldn't get done due to something being unavailable or open. My other hub cab didn't get placed on the front tire...

I recently had an oil change at the Downtown Cincinnati location. While my car was being serviced I was advised that I needed new tie rods and tires and some other items on my car. My car has a lot of miles, over 200,000 so it goes through some excessive wear & tear. I priced the mileage and service benefits of the tires and was pleasantly surprised to find that Goodyear had a competitive price, benefits and warranty on the tires. I had a punctured tire downtown and instead of driving home I left my car at Goodyear (after hours) they have a key Dropbox for situations like this. I called the next day and was able to take care of the transaction over the phone. That afternoon my car was ready to be picked up. Easy. Simple.

My dealership suggested replacing a tire not holding air during a routine service appointment. Took it to goodyear and they fixed the issue. But more surprising for me, they did it for free. Needless to say they got my business a week later when another car needed a new tire. Great service and communication.

They did a fantastic job helping me, even through all the issues that were presented. My car also drives like its new again.
