I came in one morning after my tire pressure light came on. They saw me right away, found a nail in my tire and had it patched up in less than an hour. GREAT EXPERIENCE! WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, they made an error on my order before I got there. I ordered tires online and they were reserved for me at the store, but staff sold them to someone earlier in the day. When I arrived and they caught the error, they needed to drive to a different store to get the tires for my order, adding a delay of an hour.

The guys at the front desk were welcoming, informative and expedient. My waiting time was normal for the high traffic day that it was. I got all four tires replaced and I felt the price point was acceptable. Great staff.

Understaffed, careless and little regard for the client. At 5pm, with one car in the 4 bay shop, the manager quoted 90 minutes to change all 4 tires on a Tundra. Shop closes at 8pm. Came back at 730 pm, truck is not even on the lift yet and THREE other cars have skipped in front of my truck. No explanation, manager is gone for the evening. Finally, truck is on the lift, wheels removed, techs can barley handle the tires or the tire changer. One tech, after removing a tire, dropped the rim off ...

Just tires venice crew is not professional, I have to cancel my order because of them. They couldn’t install the tires because they did not have ready. On the day of my appointment I found them watching tv, their excuse was their system went down. I had the most horrible experience at just tires on venice. I placed my order online two days ahead as is required. I went there the day of the appointment and I found all the crew watching tv, they explained me their system went down and they did not have any way to help me. Something that surprise me because they suppose to have my order ready. Also they were open for nothing. I believe just tires probably is the best place to work if they pay their employees for watch tv. The following day...
