- Goodyear Mobile Garage arrives at your service address during your scheduled appointment window.
- We complete the selected service, then perform the included checks.
Tip: Have your seasonal tires/wheels accessible at the service address and your wheel-lock key available (if equipped).
No. If you have one set of wheels, choose Tire Changeover and we’ll mount/balance the seasonal tires on your wheels. If you already have a second wheel set with tires installed, Wheel Changeover is faster and typically more convenient.
Yes. Tire Changeover includes mounting and spin balancing. Wheel Changeover includes a balance check to help resolve vibration concerns if needed.
It depends on the vehicle. Some models auto‑relearn sensor positions while others require a manual or OBD‑tool relearn after wheels/tires are moved; procedures vary by make and model.
A post‑service lug‑nut re‑torque after a short driving period is a commonly recommended safety step by tire manufacturers and dealers (often ~50–100 miles / ~80 km). We can advise you at the appointment based on your vehicle and wheels.
Alignment is not part of this service. Consider an alignment check if you notice pull, off‑center steering, or uneven wear; we can help schedule that separately.
Rotation isn’t included by default. If you maintain a single set year‑round, rotation is typically scheduled by mileage intervals; at changeover time, rotation is only applicable if positioning can be changed safely (e.g., non‑directional tires, same sizes).
No. Storage (“tire hotel”) is not included.
Make sure the seasonal set is at the service address, accessible, and clean enough to handle; have your wheel‑lock key ready (if equipped). If you track set locations (e.g., “LF/RR”), feel free to mark each tire/wheel so we can reinstall as requested.
